Just to be clear, while I’m not sure what my content is going to look like with Tumblr flagging everything, I’m not really going anywhere – not until the site itself implodes or my account is forcibly deleted, anyway. Most of my posts these days are mirrored from my other social media accounts to Tumblr anyway, and I will continue posting as long as I can. And even if my blog is deleted or flagged to death, there are plenty of other (and, frankly, better) places to find me online:
I know I’m feeling a little stressed/out of control because I have the distinct urge to rearrange my living room. This is something I inherited from my mother and didn’t realize for the longest. I think it’s because it’s exhausting (wearing out nervous energy), an immediate impact (you can’t NOT feel the effect of it), and if it’s WRONG it can just go back (so there’s really no stakes).
The number of times I would wander downstairs on a weekend to stop confused at the completely shifted living room was were numerous and always an wtf mate moment. Usually things were rearranged at like 4 or 5 in the morning too because my mother is a morning bird.
As I’ve gotten older and learned more about conditions and myself- and stepped back to analyze my parents as an adult- the more I’ve realized I probably have high functioning anxiety and as does my mother. This shows itself a little differently in each of us but at it hearts comes with a need to prepare for every eventuality, know where things are (for my mother everything in it’s place, for me things within reach), and being thrown to the core by plan changes or not having things planned out.
It’s something I’m trying valiantly to deal with because it stops me from producing the art I want to. I have a comic I’ve been slowly planning for years but haven’t set pen to paper because I don’t have that perfect plan. I spend months and months sculpting something to perfection- usually to the point of it never being done. I’m getting better at that one. But it’s still a fight.
Right now I’m trying to go with cleaning slip covers and airing out my home and picking up instead of a full rearrange. We’ll see. Cause brains- they’re weird.
I had DOZENS of images flagged. Anything with a gif or a hand was flagged and almost all sculpey or monster clay. And fuck if it they’re claiming it’s real photos and images, they’ve already started on the illustrations. And the written work will be next.
That color is lovely! I’ll be jealous of anyone who gets the Who if I don’t get there first. I didn’t get the chance to do your survey yet, but these are exactly what I would (or will) choose! They’re perfect. 😀

There have been some GREAT name suggestions. I really need to compile all of them and pick one xD Nameing is a big deal though and I want the right ones!
I know there’s a lot of tension after Tumblr’s new policy annouced for December 17th, but reblog this if you aren’t leaving Tumblr so that other blogs can know they aren’t going to be completely alone!
