I can see from my feed that so many of you are working this Venus retrograde, working to untangle the gnarls and knots of the past, to heal wounds and find peace and release from heavy baggage. The Six of Wands says, payoff is coming! We’ll be back in the light soon, I promise!
Before we return from the underworld, though, this is our reminder that healing and growth are all the more rich and worthwhile when they rise out of a place of shadow. If you’re rummaging around in the dark right now, know that this process is strengthening and illuminating you. okay these are all the doctors in chronological order in the current canon
everything was normal until John Hurt, who was a secret incarnation of The Doctor introduced retroactively in 2013
this incarnation didn’t call himself The Doctor during his life, because he didn’t feel like he lived up to the title
so despite Christopher Eccleston being the 10th incarnation of the Doctor, he was still referred to as The 9th Doctor
THEN
during one of David Tennant’s episodes, he gets shot by a dalek for the first time ever and is forced to regenerate, but decides not to change his face by siphoning the regeneration energy into his own disembodied hand which is a fucking long story
the short of it is that David Tennant regenerated into himself
so
David Tennant, known as the 10th Doctor, was actually the 11th and 12th incarnations of The Doctor, but was still known as the 10th Doctor for his whole tenure
so now we’re on Jodie Whittaker right
who
is known as the 13th doctor, because John Hurt wasn’t called The Doctor and David Tennant was still called the 10th Doctor even when he was the 11th and 12th
but technically she is the 15th incarnation of The Doctor and could just as easily be called the 15th Doctor

In times of strife it is so easy to see things in black and white. But Temperance reminds us that the world is not so: there is a rainbow of colors to take in and appreciate. Remember that you are not just your body, mind, or soul: you are all three. As you face your trials, consider: what parts of me am I leaving behind?
Be at peace, sapling, and steady yourself. The world can be cruel, but so long as you are in equilibrium there is nothing you cannot overcome.
One part coconut oil to two parts beeswax Optional: add a few drops of avocado oil to make a softer balm
Lemon balm essential oil / dried or fresh lemon balm
Peppermint essential oil / dried or fresh peppermint
Optional: vitamin E or tea tree oil for softer lips
Tools:
A tin or old, empty lip balm container
Spoon or skewer /something to stir with
Glass bowl
Optional: pot with water, fine mesh strainer
METHOD 1: Using essential oils
Mix your one part coconut oil to two parts beeswax into your glass bowl; now would also be the time to add your avocado oil and vitamin E
Put the bowl into the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted. Alternatively: put the bowl over a pot of water to create a double boiler and melt the contents of the bowl
Once everything is melted and combined add your essential oils, remember to only use a few drops! Using too much of an essential oil may result in chemical burns!
Finally pour your mixture into your empty container and leave on your counter or in your freezer to set and ready to use!
METHOD 2: using herbs
You will want to infuse your coconut oil with the herbs; to do this measure out your coconut and optional avocado oils into your bowl and add in your dried/fresh herbs. Use double the amount of dried herbs than you would fresh!
Next place the bowl over your double boiler or in the microwave and melt the oil(see method one)
Once the coconut oil is melted and the herbs have steeped take your fine mesh strainer and remove the herb debris
Now that you have your infused oil repeat step 2 with your added beeswax until melted and combine
Finally pour your mixture into your empty container and let it set in your freezer or on your counter to be ready to use in an hour or two!
METHOD 3: for low spoons
If you can’t go to the trouble of making your own lip balm you can always cleanse an existing lip balm and seal it with a sigil of “confident and clear speech” or any variation of the phrase
Everyone who knows me knows I LOVE Sarah Anne Lawless, and her nightshade ointments. Sara has essentially single-handed lay returned flying ointments to the modern conversations on witchcraft.
