here you can scream into the void, and if a passing weirdo likes it they can give you a thumbs up or pass it along to their weirdo friends who might like it too

I’ve realized lately I only feel lovable when I’m “on,” i.e. being funny, accomplishing things, giving gifts, or actively helping someone with something. And honestly that’s kinda bullshit. I don’t love my friends only when they do things for me, I love just talking to them and being a part of their world. So, here’s the actual real thing. Your friends and family love you because of who you are, not what you do. You are lovable even when you feel loathsome or worthless.
