I do know that no recipe in the world is independent of the tides, the moon, the physical and emotional temperatures surrounding its performance.
This book was a bit tricky because it was part cookbook, part memoir and part oyster biography. I don’t recommend you read this book when you’re hungry or right before bed because you will get hungry.
Other than that, it was adorable, short and well written.
