Today I baked The Almond Lover’s Chocolate Chip Cookie.  These were quick, easy, and absolutely delicious.  They look a little pale, but it’s important not to overcook these.  There’s a full 8oz of almond paste in the dough and that keeps them moist, chewy, and dear gods the smell.  These smell so good.  If you love almonds as much as I do then you MUST bake these!
