[Image description: two photos of a woman standing indoors, one a full-length shot and the other three-quarters. She is white and has dark brown hair, shaved on the sides and worn curly off to one side on top. She wears glasses with frames that are tortoiseshell on top and clear, pink-tinted plastic on bottom. She wears grey and black sweater dress and a large floral scarf around her neck. The dress has blousey, dolmen sleeves and hits above the knee. She also wears dark tights and black clog boots that rise above the ankle. The scarf has a floral print in light blue, navy, purple, and mustard. The background contains a light wood-colored dresser, a pale teal bar cart with glasses and bottles of alcohol, and a pale green wall filled with many pieces of framed art.]
The sort of in-between weather we get in the spring always makes me excited to pull out my mid-weight scarves; it’s cool enough that I need a little extra coverage, but warm enough to put away my giant wooly blanket scarves.

Someone give me a teaching job real quick because I clearly have the wardrobe for it.

Casual outfit to go buy curtains in Kichijoji (so glamourous~~ lol). As usual, it was super hot outside, so a full unlined cotton outfit was the best. Since there are a couple of nice fluffy pancake places in Kichijoji, I stopped by A Happy Pancake (幸せのパンケーキ) on my way to Nitori.
Skirt: Ingeborg (probably vintage?)
Sad cat t-shirt: Wego
Bag: Material Girl

Went to the beautiful Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek last month, escaping the onslaught of the at the time cold weather in a very pleasant hall of palm trees : D

I have such a big backlog (as usual)! Three weeks ago, a friend came to my neighborhood, so we went on a crusty tour. This café has been open since 1955, and I am pretty sure the décor (or the menu) hasn’t changed since then.

Two weeks ago, a friend organised a small meetup to see us all one last time before leaving Japan. The theme was “Grimm’s Beery Tales” (Beer and Fairy Tales!), as we would meet in a brewery in Daikanyama. I take themed meetups/party quite seriously, as you can see, haha!

Two weekends ago, Sapphira Doll invited us to her house for tea. It was pretty hot that day, so I went with a Pink House look again. I feel like PH items are great for summer, being 100% cotton and quite loose. And I love the long lengths! I am not sure we can see how well the pinks and greens fit in this picture, but in real life, it looked much better.

Hydrangeas are such beautiful and melancholic flowers. In Japan, they are associated with rain and rainy season.
I went back to Rikugien Gardens some weeks ago to see hydrangeas, but I was a bit early, so a lot of the flowers hadn’t bloomed yet. I still found some that matched my dress.
