It’s almost here!!!

I finally was able to get my hands on a copy of my Oracle deck, The Goddess’ Grace Oracle! 30 cards featuring 15 different Greek Goddesses!

I’m still working on the guidebook, but I’m interested to see how people react to the deck!

Would people be interested in another Kickstarter?

**please reblog and share!!**

Sometimes you just gotta experiment. Like who would have known mixing oracle decks and tarot decks in a single reading would work great for my reading style. I tried it and it literally felt like a new world was opened up for me.

I also like reading energetic signatures of items with Tarot. Didn’t even know that was a thing until I experimented with a few exercises I made up along the way with trial and error and now it’s a pivotal part of my divination practice.

There are always going to be people who say what you are doing is wrong or strange, not traditional or not the norm. Don’t let those people discourage you.

hey uuh trash/diy type witches, has anybody put together a business card oracle?

it occurred to me last night, and it seems it’d be a very easy way to build up a low-key, very personal divination system for free so someone must have already done it right?

This is an awesome idea.

1. Hospital card

2. Bank card

3. Card from a place sitting in specific directionals

4. Card from a locksmith

5. Card from a butcher

6. Card from a florist

7. Record store

8. Graveyard business card / funeral home card

Yee i like.

Oracle cards OR spell components.

Yee.

I LOVE THIS!

So close, but it feels so far!

Confrontation and Transformation

Many of us have been hard at work for days, weeks or months with hectic schedules, project deadlines, and general busy-bodying to progress towards our goals. With the holidays coming up, semesters are about to end, breaks are about to begin and we’re starting to feel as though we’re ready to wind down but the year isn’t quite over yet. It may be starting to get harder and harder to push ourselves, to find the motivation and energy we had earlier to keep ourselves feeling and being productive: burn-out. This can be particularly frustrating, especially if we know we’re so incredibly close to seeing our hard work pay off.

When we’re feeling this way, it becomes easier to take that frustration out on ourselves and those around us. This can look like negative self-talk, irritability, guilty procrastination, or neglecting our most basic and important needs. If we find ourselves getting to the point where we’re doing more harm than good in the name of productivity, it may be time to confront this, be honest with ourselves and step away to nurture ourselves and see what we need in order to transform these feelings and behaviors. It can be as simple as taking a cozy shower, eating a whole meal, taking a good nap, whatever feels personal and allows us a moment of quiet, of peace.

These simple moments, which are often dismissed as an undeserved luxury or waste of time (I’m guilty of this), play an integral role in our productive lives. They allow us to give ourselves the space we need from our challenges to breathe, to re-assess our priorities and to come back with fresh perspectives and a clearer head. After days, weeks or months of doing, of problem solving and building, it can be surprising how a small withdraw from it all can steady us, get us back on our feet and get us across our finish lines.

Cards of the Week!

Two Kings- wow! That means that control is going to be a big theme these next couple days. The King of Coins signifies a need to acknowledge what you have already and the plan you’re working off of. The King of Wands/Clubs asks for determination and good spirit in action. So keep on going this week, and try to find balance between stability & planning and motivation & pushing through.

However, our oracle card issues a warning- if you don’t give yourself a healthy degree of detachment, you’ll lose sight of reality. Don’t drive yourself crazy with all the work, or compare your ultimate goal against your WIP, give you and your projects space to breathe.
