Trouble sleeping lately? Having anxious or unclear dreams?
Open the window closest to your bed, and shake out your covers.
Completely changing your bedding is great, but I know it takes a lot of spoons to do that.
Shake your covers, beat your pillows, beat and brush off crumbs from your sheet.
This should clear up stagnant energy from your sleeping space and clear up your head!

I spent the Friday night of the June bank holiday weekend in Tralong Harbour. It was only my second time there, despite it being really close to Union Hall. The first time I didn’t have the best night’s sleep, as Tralong is wide open to the ocean swell. This time, using the swag tent with the mast down, I had a much better night’s sleep, that is until the tide turned me side on to a building swell at 6 a.m!
