WEATHER REPORT – XXI THE WORLD. Well, I’m back in the routine, and what a card to come back to! The World sees us rising above the precipice we first saw in The Fool, coming full circle having learned and grown so much. It’s a beautiful vantage from which to take stock, so take some time today to reflect on where you are. What projects or phases are reaching completion? Which ones are just beginning? Which doors are you ready to close, and which doors are you just dying to peek behind? It’s a day for meditating on planting seeds and coming to fruition, on endings and beginnings, on deaths and births and rebirths. Use the sweeping, wide perspective of The World to take a loving, curious look at your own story as it’s unfolding!

XXI. THE WORLD || PERSEPHONE (1/22)

Jumping on the tarot bandwagon…

I’m going to be doing a series of illustrations based on the Major Arcana, each represented by a Greek god. In accordance with my blog’s theme, extra attention will be paid to the gods of the Underworld. 🙂 All 22 cards have already been planned out and thumbnailed, and I hope to reveal new illustrations at a slow but steady pace. I hope you’ll like these as much as I’m excited to draw them!

WEATHER REPORT – 21. THE WORLD. Look who it is again! We’re completing some kind of cycle right now, that’s for sure. Of course, we’re all in different places, on different paths, so this looks different for all of us. What we can all benefit from, wherever we are, is the reminder that the wheel is always turning. We’re always changing, and the world around us is always in flux. There’s always growing and learning to be done, always more ways to shift and evolve. Whatever understanding you’re reaching for, whatever changes you’re trying to make, trust that you’re really fucking close! Have faith. That moment of realization is coming! And once it does, you can swim in its glory for a little while, and then it’ll be time to get growing again. Such is life!
